After reading some of the reviews, I was honestly a little hesitant, but our experience at Uptown Family was completely different. From the moment we walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The staff took the time to answer our questions, and we never felt rushed during our visit. Sometimes people only leave reviews when they've had a bad experience, so I wanted to share our positive one. Every office can have an off day, but based on our visit, I can confidently say we were treated with kindness, respect, and excellent care. We left feeling heard, well taken care of, and very thankful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Uptown Family to friends and family. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit such a positive experience!

Not clean enough. The office floor was dirty . They don’t give you safety glasses for your eyes so you don’t get stuff in your eyes. They don’t give you a new tooth brush or anything. The dental hygienist doesn’t clean your teeth. They just take you back . Felt out of place there that I don’t belong there. No rinsing with mouthwash or anything ,or water. Didn’t even use toothpaste to clean your teeth, not even floss your teeth. . You are in the room buy yourself with the dentist. Did not fell welcome. Did not look like a dentist’s office. They are not nice. No bathroom in the office . It was not clean . Did not smell clean , very dusty. They kept the suction thing in my mouth the whole time. I was not even back in the room that long less than 5 minutes. Did not ask how are you doing. Did not ask you questions. Did not ask me what time works for me . They just picked a time and date that works for them . Didn’t ask if that works for you. Never had my mouth hurt after a cleaning before. No one was nice they were rude, . Looked like a bunch of health violations . Didn’t even smell like a dentist office. Smelled like moth balls ,mold . I won’t be going back. I think someone f

Highly do not recommend this place. Waited for one hour for a cleaning appointment. The hygienist took 10 minutes to clean my teeth. The place is filthy. All the equipments are outdated. The chairs in the office were full of stains A filthy unsanitary place.

The staff was very friendly, but they NEVER flossed or used a scaler to remove the plaque and tartar on my teeth I’m not sure why. I was there for a cleaning.
